Inspire Training Solutions Ltd was established in 1997 by Directors Simon and Louise Forster. Over the past 25 years of work inspire has had the opportunity to meet, develop and enhance businesses and importantly the people that make those businesses possible. Our own idiosyncrasies are what make us so valuable as individuals…knowing how to use, apply and discover what makes you, you, is what builds a strong, collaborative, diverse and impactful working environment. At the heart of the business and responsible for client relationships and logistics, Louise has a high level of self-motivation and drive to ensure all service is at peak performance. With an individual flair for self development, Louise is a qualified behavioural analyst, and looks after Leadership Analysis through a suite of behavioural tools.

Keri is a driven and confident member of inspire, showcasing what the business has to offer just by looking at the logo. A DiSC certified trainer Keri champions Inspire Change and the difference it can make to young people and the future of our industries.
Specialising in formatting and designing Inspire’s brand image and graphics throughout all presentations, workbooks, social media, website design and business materials.
