Utilising a suite of diagnostic behavioural tools, our assessments can form a fundamental component of our Culture & Leadership modules. Our consultants are qualified behavioural analysts and utilise various industry behavioural tools, from 4 Vector Analysis through to ‘deep dive’ reports including Saville’s Wave Assessment. We can offer administration of individual or group profiles, and arrange interpretation feedback. Our client partners further utilise these behavioural tools for recruitment, team dynamics/building and succession planning to assess the right candidate for the right role. 360 Reviews

Working with Leadership Groups reveals the need to run 360 degree reviews to maximise both the performance of the Leader and the wider Team. We have our own unique process to deliver comprehensive feedback and written report via 1 to 1 feedback to identify an effective action plan for personal improvement.
